About Dahi Kebab Recipe: Dahi kebabs, also known as dahi ke kebab are a popular vegetarian kebabs eaten in North India. Made with hung curd, paneer, flour and basic spice powders, you would often find them in restaurant menus and are loved by many for their soft melt-in-mouth interior and crispy exterior. Rich in taste and texture, dahi kebabs are great to make on special occasions and festivals.
Ingredients Of Dahi Kebabs
- 2 Tbsp black pepper seeds
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 cup besan
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 3 Green chillies
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 7-8 Raisins
- 7-8 Cashew Nuts
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paneer
- 2 cups hung curd
- 2 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 cup paneer, grated
- 1/2 cup corn flour
How to Make Dahi Kebabs
- 1.Take a pan and dry roast black pepper and coriander seeds together
- 2.Grind them into a powder.
- 3.Take Besan in a pan and roast it for a while.
- Prepare Filling:
- 1.Take a bowl and put chopped onion in it.
- 2.Add green chillies, chopped ginger, raisins, cashewnuts, the roasted black pepper and coriander powder, salt and paneer.
- 3.Mix them thoroughly.
Prepare Kebab:
1.Take hung curd in a bowl, add salt, roasted black pepper and coriander powder, red chilli flakes, green chillies, coriander leaves and grated paneer, roasted besan and corn four.
2.Mix all the ingredients together to make dough.
3.Now, pull out round pieces from the dough and put the prepared filling into it.
4.Fry the round pieces in a pan until golden brown.
5.Serve the hot dahi kebabs with mint chutney.
